Biographical NoteReturn to the Table of Contents Scope and Contents of the CollectionGlass stereographs of battle scenes taken in France during World War I. Nearly all the images show the destruction caused by the war. The photographer is unknown, but was probably French as the hand-written captions on the slides are in French.
