Biographical Note

Polly Feustal (dates unknown) was on the Foreign Director Staff of the YWCA. She worked in the Philippines and in Brazil in the 1930s and 40s. She was the USO Program Director in Brazil, 1944-45 and returned to the Philippines in 1945, immediately after World War II.
