Historical NoteSince 1985, Smith College has offered an engineering minor with concentrations in chemical, civil, and computer engineering. Between 1976 and 1991, Smith was partners with the University of Massachusetts in a dual engineering program. The Engineering Department was developed in 2000 and focuses on computer, electrical and environmental engineering.
