Example linked data publishing system

This is an example linked data publishing system for archives.

The LiAM Project is an effort to accelerate the adoption of linked data in archives. This page and its children manifest and demonstrate a set of methods for publishing linked data based on archival description. Here you will find:

• sets of scripts to transform MARC and EAD into both HTML and RDF/XML
• the transformed HTML and RDF/XML
• an Apache module supporting content negotiation that can be applied against the locally minted and actionable URI's, for example:
  • http://infomotions.com/sandbox/liam/id/5106awmo
  • http://infomotions.com/sandbox/liam/id/barmarcocm40732889
• sets of scripts to create and fill an RDF triple store
• a SPARQL endpoint for querying the triple store
